• The Evenings & Sunday morning session is the same practice options schedule we have had in previous years.
• Registration entitles swimmers to 5 specific coached practice options per week.  Each practice is 1 hour.
• The 5 practice options are on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings with all practices held at Burlington Centennial Pool with the exception of Tuesday evenings which is held at Angela Coughlan Pool. (See below.)
• Registration will initially be capped at 100 swimmers.
• Each practice time slot is capped at 30 swimmers.
• Swimmers will be assigned to either A Group or B Group.  Group assignments may change as a swimmer's abilities change or should any pool capacity issues arise within groups.  
• Swimmers may not move randomly between Group A and Group B practices.

• Introduced in 2025, we now offer s weekday mornings session.  This option will join up on Sunday mornings with the "Evenings & Sunday Mornings" session members.
• Registration entitles swimmers to 3 specific coached practices options per week.  Each practice is 1 hour.
• The 3 practice options are on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday mornings with Tuesday and Thursday held at Tansley Woods Pool and Sunday at Burlington Centennial Pool.  (See below.)
• Registration will initially be capped at 25 swimmers.
• Each practice time slot is capped at 30 swimmers.
• Swimmers will be assigned to either A Group or B Group.  Group assignments may change as a swimmer's abilities change or should any pool capacity issues arise within groups.  
• Swimmers may not move randomly between Group A and Group B practices.

• Our most flexible option allows registrants to any of our 7 practice options from the combination of the above two sessions (evenings & mornings).  
• Registration entitles swimmers to 7 coached practices per week.  Each practice is 1 hour.
• Evening practices are held at Burlington Centennial Pool with the exception of Tuesday evenings which is held at Angela Coughlan Pool; Tuesday & Thursday morning practices are held at Tansley Woods Pool; and Sunday morning practice is held at Burlington Centennial Pool.  (See below.)
• Registration will initially be capped at 10 swimmers.
• Each practice time slot is capped at 30 swimmers.
• Swimmers will be assigned to either A Group or B Group.  Group assignments may change as a swimmer's abilities change or should any pool capacity issues arise within groups.  
• Swimmers may not move randomly between Group A and Group B practices.

Registration is open for members who swam with us for either the 2024/2025 Regular Season or the 2025 Summer Season.

On August 26th, registration will be expanded to new or past members who reside in Burlington.

On August 29th, registration will be open to all

For the time being, the Trial Membership option has been suspended.  Please check back later in the season as this can change.

2025/2026 Regular Season Registration Options

New for the 2025/26 Regular Season, BMSC is excited to announce an option with swims on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at Tansley Woods Pool.  Please review the registration options carefully and be sure to select the one that best fits your schedule and training goals.

2025/2026 Regular Season Practice Days, Times and Venues​

Option 1 - Evenings & Sunday Morning - practices start Tuesday September 2, 2025.

Option 2 - Mornings - practices start  Sunday September 7, 2025.

Option 3 - Flex - practices start Tuesday September 2, 2025 for evening practices and Sunday September 7, 2025 for morning practices.

2025/2026 Regular Season Registration Fees​

• All Registration fees noted include HST and mandatory Swim Ontario fee.
• Senior rates apply to those 65 years and older on August 31, 2025.  
• Student rates apply to those 18 years or over on August 31, 2025 and registered full time in a post secondary institution.
• All fees noted are for payment by e-transfer to fees@bmsc.ca
• e-transfers must be received within 24 hours of registering to hold your spot.
• Payments made by credit card will be subject to a 4% surcharge to cover the cost of processing and appear as a "Recoupment fee" while registering but will only be charged if payment is made by credit card.
• These fees have been adjusted for those joining in Apr 2026 for the rest of the season (to May 31/26):

IMPORTANT:  If paying by e-transfer, PLEASE click the "Check" tab in the "Pay & Finish" section of the registration otherwise your registration will go through via credit card and you will be asked to pay the associated credit card transaction fees.

By payment of the appropriate fee, you become a voting member of the Burlington Masters Swim Club Inc.

Administration

The Burlington Masters Swim Club Inc. is a not-for-profit corporation. The fees that are listed, pay for Coaching, Pool time, Insurance, Swim Ontario membership, and other operational costs. The Board of Directors, who administer the program, are unpaid volunteers and are only reimbursed for expenses occured in running our programs.
